Yin and Yang 2

I first sought help from Path of Wellness for a muscle spasm in my back that made it hard to breathe. They were able to get me in that day and, thanks to my amazing massage therapist, I walked out healed. The office is very clean and calming. Kristin, the owner, is lovely and always accommodating. Would not go anywhere else.

Yin and Yang 2

I have been going to Path of Wellness now for about 6 years. I am a Nurse and athlete, so my body is physically stressed all the time. Going for massages has helped tremendously with recovery time of my muscles. Recently they began to take insurance for massages and other services they provide, so I have taken full advantage of that!

I went into my massage in a lot of pain. My reason for massage was shoulder and arm pain. My massage therapist saw me and worked an hour to get me comfortable. It took a long time but before the hour was done, I felt relief. Today I woke up a different person. She really worked out the knot that I had. Looking forward to a follow up massage.
